Privacy policy.

This page explains what data this site collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. It applies to shashankpandey.com and every page on it. In short: I only see what you send me directly, and I don’t sell it or use it for marketing.

What I collect.

Email address
I only see your email if you write to me through the contact link. Nothing personal is collected from you before that.
Booking details
If you schedule a call, Calendly records your name, email and the time slot you pick so the meeting can be set up.
Site analytics
This site runs on Blogger, which is part of Google. Google logs standard visitor data such as pageviews, the page that referred you, your browser type and a rough location by country. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.

How I use it.

I use what you send only to reply to you or to confirm a booking. I don’t sell it, hand it to third parties, or add you to a marketing list. If I ever want to use your details for anything else, I’ll ask you first.

Third-party services.

Blogger (Google)
Hosts the site and keeps it running. Google sets cookies and processes visitor data under its own privacy policy.
Calendly
Handles call scheduling. When you book, Calendly collects and stores your details under its own privacy policy.

Cookies.

Because the site is hosted on Blogger, Google may set a few cookies for basic functions and traffic stats. I don’t set any of my own. You can block or clear cookies from your browser settings whenever you like, and the site will still work.

Data retention.

Booking and email details stay only as long as I need them to finish the conversation or the project they relate to, then I remove them. Google’s server logs follow Blogger’s own retention schedule.

Your rights.

You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data I hold about you. Email me at hello@shashankpandey.com and I’ll take care of it.

Changes to this policy.

I’ll update this page as the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when I last revised it. Using the site after an update means you accept the current version.

Questions about your data?

Ask me anything about what’s collected or request a deletion.
